Municipal and industrial waste are two systems, not one
Jubail Industrial City and the industrial areas around Dammam add a waste stream that cannot be compacted or collected by a rear-loading compactor. A hook lift is the answer: one truck serves many open and closed containers of different sizes — drop an empty, take the full one, move on. A skip loader covers smaller containers on routes with many stops.
Gulf salinity — harsher than the Red Sea coast
Coastal conditions in the Eastern Province act quickly on metal, with high summer humidity on top. Equipment built to an inland specification will show corrosion far sooner than the buyer expects, so we specify heavier gauge, multi-coat treatment and added protection for exposed hydraulic lines.
Dust and storms make the sweeper essential, not optional
The Eastern Province is among the most exposed to dust and sandstorms, and street cleaning afterwards is operational rather than cosmetic. A suction sweeper with side brushes, water spray and a manual suction hose does in hours what manual crews cannot do in days.
