Overview
Truck Tipper Body
We fabricate tipper bodies at our Riyadh workshop in the size and plate thickness suited to the material carried: sand and aggregate need a thicker floor than light waste, and sharp material needs an internal liner. Side doors allow discharge to either side or the rear as the site permits — a real advantage where there is no room to reverse.
The hydraulic cylinder and operating pressure are selected for the payload and tipping angle, and the sub-frame is reinforced at the rear hinge, the most highly stressed point. The vehicle is handed over with heavy side locks, reflective marking, regulation bumpers and a complete paint finish.
